Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damage items only.

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN,UNWASHED,UNALTERED,UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.

Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries,return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products (for both local and international orders).

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable too. If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
